LEAP is an organization dedicated to giving job opportunities to those who have physical limitations. LEAP stands for Linking Employment Abilities and Potential. It is based in my hometown of Cleveland, Ohio. The main goal of LEAP is to promote positive change and providing the advancement and inclusion of the disabled community into society.
LEAP was founded by people with disabilities. It was founded over thirty years ago. It provides services to over 1,700 individuals each year. LEAP works to increase the quality of life for those living with disabilities. This organization continues to help their members maintain employment and live independently. It helps people live independently in their homes and participate in the community. It is an amazing organization and I am glad that I ran across it. I think that it is a great resource for people who are seeking to find employment.
