I came across a new meditation app called Pacifica. Pacifica is an app that assists with relieving and diminishing stress and anxiety that occurs in daily life. Having cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and scoliosis can create emotional stress. The day-to- day accommodations and other necessary activities can put a strain on them. Personal experiences with each medical condition can cause anxiety and/or depression. This app may be very helpful to release their anxiety and stress in everyday situation.
With this app, you have the ability to record and write thoughts that were happening during that day. You can also record your mood during that day and make any notes that you feel is necessary to write down. In addition to that, you can write down or pick activities and goals that you want to achieve each day. You can make the challenges and goals meet your needs and wants. Pacifica has a section on its app in which you can manage your health. What would you like to do in regards to your health? You can choose whatever you want to accomplish and stick to it. Make it fit with your abilities.
There are various relaxation tapes that you can listen to on topics such as inner strength, stressful situations, calm down, mindfulness, and basic meditation techniques. You can join groups and participate in the communities that the app offers.
